Unoccupied for over forty years, this hotel was built, it seems, at the request of Philippe de Coulanges, counselor to Louis XIII, has been held since 1965 by a real estate company owned by Beatrice Cottin. Now aged 87 years and under the supervision of the State recently, the owner had incurred huge work after buying the mansion, then was abandoned. Why? "Lack of resources has been playing," suggests Stephen Roques. Result, the parties fully renovated rooms alongside dilapidated, pigeons with, among others, ransacked the floors.
